Energy Efficiency Energy standards have changed dramatically even over the past two years. By building a new home, you ensure that your house will be built with consideration and materials that will save you money every month. 5. Older floor plans seldom focused on family traffic through the house, leaving many older houses feeling like a collection of rooms rather than a family-oriented space.
